As a boy growing up in New Jersey, Vince was blessed to watch his parents run multiple businesses, including a deli and grocery store, a laundromat, and several rental properties. He fell in love with real estate at a young age after his dad invited him to collect cash rents with him at one of his properties. As an adult today, he has harnessed that drive and wonder into everything he does and used that experience as he ran several businesses of his own. From restaurants to a bail bond insurance business with multiple offices, a driving school to hundreds of rental properties, Vince has built his life around his businesses – including National Property Management, which he runs alongside his wife, Aggie. An accomplished real estate broker who is licensed in five states, Aggie can also be found caring for their three beautiful children and running the real estate office – that is, of course, when she’s not busy working as a full-time Registered Nurse.

As a family, they have learned and grown together in real estate, which gives them a unique perspective on the funding aspect of the process. When they aren’t working hard to support clients, build businesses, or develop new services designed to help investors make the best real estate investments possible, their family can be found seeking adventure and exploring the world through travel. They also love animals, as can plainly be seen by the sheer number of horses, dogs, cats, bunnies, chickens, and goats that they care for.
